What you will do
- Prepare and dispatch stock and manage courier bookings.
- Maintain delivery documentation, waybills, and logistics records.
- Track demo and loan equipment.
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Provide reporting on courier and stock-related activities.
- Support efficient logistics administration for branches and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Based in Cape Town.
- Valid South African driver's licence.
- Experience in logistics, stock control, warehousing, procurement administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
