Operations Coordinator (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote - Michigan, United States

Salary: $17.75–$25.05 per hour; target compensation of $20 per hour

What you will do

• Schedule and track projects for Energy Advisors, Program Managers, and program or operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Process payments and perform data entry.
• Gather, track, and validate program data to ensure data quality.
• Export predesigned reports and support staff meetings and special projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements and comply with relevant transportation regulations, if applicable.
• Successfully pass pre-employment checks.
