D365 CE Support Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Fully remote within the UK

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

hirify.global is working with an established Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering Microsoft Dynamics solutions to niche industries across the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia.

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries and technical or functional issues within agreed SLAs.
• Guide customers in using their Dynamics solutions and maintain clear communication throughout the support process.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with consultancy and delivery teams.
• Manage multiple support priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the support function.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience supporting D365 CE, CRM, and Power Platform.
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line application support.
• Previous experience in a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Experience working to SLAs in a customer support setting.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK; the role is fully remote within the UK.
