Junior Planner (Luxury E-commerce)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid

hirify.global is a luxury e-commerce business operating across fashion, merchandise planning and commercial functions.

What you will do

• Support seasonal, annual and financial merchandise planning using historical performance, customer insights, market trends and commercial priorities.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, sell-through, stock turn, ageing, terminal stock and overall inventory health.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, reforecasting throughout the season as trading trends evolve.
• Analyse category, brand and product performance to support assortment, replenishment, localisation, markdown and promotional decisions.
• Manage in-season trading, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to maximise sales and gross margin.
• Collaborate with Buying, Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Operations and Logistics teams while supporting the development of Assistant and Associate Planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in merchandise planning, ideally in fashion, luxury, retail or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of sales, margin, OTB, sell-through, stock turn, forecasting and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
