Intern, Firmware (Edge AI/SDR)

What you will do

• Research edge AI hardware, including processors, accelerators, GPUs, and NPUs.
• Explore development tools and software ecosystems for selected hardware platforms, including NVIDIA Aerial, with a focus on SDR compatibility.
• Analyze how edge AI hardware can support key Software Defined Radio functions.
• Develop and test proof-of-concept SDR implementations on selected hardware.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate performance data from hardware experiments.
• Document research findings and experimental results.

Requirements

• Student or early-career candidate with a strong academic background and limited professional experience.
• Basic understanding of digital signal processing concepts.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python; familiarity with C++ is useful.
• Ability to conduct technical research, summarize findings, and prepare clear documentation.
• Interest in Software Defined Radio, edge AI hardware, and embedded systems.
• Strong self-motivation, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
