Hardware Engineer (Servo Drives)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain hardware for R&A products, with a focus on servo drives.
• Design and redesign electronic circuits, including schematics and PCB layouts.
• Analyze circuits, select components, simulate designs, and optimize performance.
• Perform hands-on hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
• Create and improve product manuals, datasheets, architecture documents, assembly instructions, and test reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers on technical requirements and product integration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in hardware engineering.
• Experience with electronic circuit design, technology, and assembly processes.
• Background in electrical power applications and PCB/PCA manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics verification and validation.
• Proven experience with Altium Designer.
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline; fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
