People Services Senior Specialist - International Permanent Moves

Salary: Ft9,120,000–Ft12,160,000

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end international permanent move processes across defined geographies as the process project manager.
• Manage relationships with employees, People & Culture, People Services teams, relocation vendors, and legal representatives.
• Track and document case lifecycles in AssignmentPro, maintaining accurate records and data quality.
• Resolve and escalate operational issues while ensuring compliance with international mobility policies and the Global Operating Model.
• Provide Level 2 employee support through ServiceNow and maintain a positive, compliant mobility experience.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, process improvements, training, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and audit support.

Requirements

• Graduate or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on HR Services experience, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.
• Significant experience and deep expertise in global mobility management and international assignment processes.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, GDPR, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and AssignmentPro; advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
• Strong English proficiency at minimum B2–C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, finance, consulting, or another highly regulated and complex sector.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
