Talent Acquisition Partner (French Speaker)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working

Salary: HUF 9,120,000–13,680,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate selection.
• Develop hiring strategies using talent intelligence, market insights, and recruitment data.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for assigned positions and improve quality of hire, time to hire, and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, communications, procurement, and hiring managers across global hubs.
• Monitor service-level agreements, key performance indicators, return on investment, and recruitment technology performance.
• Maintain data compliance across Workday, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and standardizing recruitment across multiple locations.
• Experience leading or managing global recruitment teams and building talent acquisition capabilities.
• Strong communication, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of recruitment practices, processes, technologies, applicant tracking systems, and HR information systems.
• English and French language skills are required.
