What you will do
- Define and lead the global HR technology, digitalisation and transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead the transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors and govern the global HR technology portfolio, integrations, data, security and compliance.
- Develop the HR AI strategy and deploy AI-enabled services, automation, digital assistants, intelligent workflows and advanced analytics.
- Improve employee and manager experience through self-service, knowledge management and digital-first HR services.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR Technology and Digitalisation function and develop capabilities in AI, data, platforms, change and digital service delivery.
- Oversee HR reporting, dashboards, analytics and data governance to support workforce insights and executive decision-making.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in HR Technology, Digital HR, HR Transformation or a related discipline within a large, complex and global organisation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale HR technology and digital transformation programmes, ideally involving SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or both.
- Strong understanding of HR shared services, employee experience, HR data, integrations, governance and digital service delivery models.
- Experience building teams, leading change, influencing senior stakeholders and converting digital strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic, digitally fluent and commercially aware, with strong AI and transformation vision.
- Ability to influence CPO, HR Leadership Team, IT and senior business leadership stakeholders.

- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience in a progressive global organisation with a mature HR digitalisation agenda.
