Integrated Project Planner

Location: Hybrid working in Stevenage or Portsmouth, United Kingdom. Some travel within the UK is required. Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and deliver top-level, lower-level, and Integrated Project Team schedules.
• Analyse project costs against forward load and support resource tracking and management.
• Track payment milestones, risks, change control, waivers, and deviations.
• Provide management data, recommendations, and consolidated monthly and quarterly reports.
• Create standardised schedule and project reporting templates.
• Support the Project Manager and project team with project administration.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management, scheduling, logic checking, earned value, and risk management.
• Knowledge of planning best practices, including dependencies, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, critical path analysis, and work breakdown structures.
• Experience with stage-boundary planning and contingency planning.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional.
• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance.
