Risk Manager (Enterprise Risk)

Location: Portsmouth, United Kingdom; hybrid working with UK travel several times a month. Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance is required.

What you will do

• Support projects and bids throughout initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Establish risk and opportunity context, prepare plans, and execute risk management process activities with stakeholders.
• Conduct risk identification workshops and assess impacts and potential benefits against business objectives.
• Clarify ownership for risks, opportunities, and response actions.
• Develop and follow up on risk treatment actions through successful completion.
• Provide management assurance on financial reporting reliability, risk monitoring quality, reporting transparency, and compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of enterprise risk solutions and programme governance frameworks.
• Programme, project, and risk management experience in complex technical projects.
• Experience with scheduling, risk logic checking, earned value, and risk analysis.
• Understanding of the values and limitations of qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Proficiency with risk analysis software such as Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, or @Risk.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
