TL;DR
Project Controller/Cost Engineer (Project Controls): Supporting planning, cost control, reporting, and governance for large-scale, safety-critical engineering programmes with an accent on budget forecasting, earned value, and performance tracking. Focus on maintaining project schedules and financial forecasts, managing risks and change control, and producing progress dashboards across multidisciplinary delivery teams.

What you will do
- Support project planning and scheduling for large-scale, safety-critical programmes.
- Track project costs, budgets, OPEX, and financial forecasts.
- Produce progress reports, performance dashboards, and governance reporting.
- Monitor SPI, CPI, Earned Value, risks, issues, and change control.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams across complex programmes.
Requirements
- Strong background in PMO, project controls, planning, or cost engineering.
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Security Clearance may be required, including completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
