A2R DPS Senior Analyst (Accounting)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines; onsite role with 10–20% international travel and flexible shifts aligned with Americas, EMEA, or Asia responsibilities.

What you will do

• Execute accounting and daily operations for complex MRCs within the Global Services Finance accounting process.
• Close financial periods on schedule while meeting SLA, compliance, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals, including balance sheet reconciliations and open-item reduction.
• Support audits and legal authorities, maintain internal controls, and identify compliance risks.
• Train new team members and BPO partners and act as a natural backup for the Team Lead.
• Implement global finance strategies, support process SMEs and operational contacts, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Account to Report or General Accounting.
• Above-basic proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MS Teams.
• Effective communication, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and work flexible shifts across global or regional responsibilities.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in a shared service or BPO organization.
• Experience with SAP.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Digital or intelligent automation capabilities.
• Additional language skills.
