What you will do
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger and third-party transaction records.
- Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to foreign exchange, cash management, and tax.
- Prepare financial performance reports, audit work papers, and presentation materials for management, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Support and design internal controls for the SOX Section 404 program.
- Research technical accounting issues, analyze accruals, perform reconciliations, and propose alternative solutions.
- Lead projects and cross-functional meetings while reviewing work and training peers and staff.
Requirements
- Experience with complex accounting and regulatory standards.
- Advanced knowledge of operational systems.
- Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 requirements.
- Ability to prepare accurate, complete, and compliant financial documentation.
- Ability to present reports and audit support materials to management and auditors.
