Learning Portfolio Lead (Neuroscience)

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year

What you will do

• Own the Neuroscience learning portfolio strategy, roadmap, investment decisions, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor learner feedback, usage data, readiness indicators, business inputs, risks, gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
• Provide strategic oversight for curricula, learner journeys, onboarding pathways, field readiness milestones, and capability-building experiences.
• Translate business, clinical, and scientific developments into learning priorities, curriculum recommendations, and portfolio decisions.
• Represent the portfolio in business planning, governance, launch readiness, and cross-functional forums while aligning resources, timelines, budgets, and vendor capacity.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while establishing clear team priorities, operating rhythms, accountability, and collaborative ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Education, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in learning, field medical, commercial field teams, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related environments.
• Strong portfolio management, strategic prioritization, curriculum and pathway management, learning measurement, and resource planning skills.
• Strong clinical, field medical, commercial field, and pharmaceutical business understanding.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority, communicate recommendations clearly, and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, MS, MA, MBA, or a related scientific, clinical, business, or education degree is preferred.
