What you will do

• Manage and optimize modern test rigs and laboratory equipment for research and development projects.
• Support the design, commissioning, and continuous improvement of testing and experimental setups.
• Conduct tests independently and ensure high-quality experimental results.
• Improve existing testing procedures and test systems through technical input.
• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions, and result evaluation templates.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training and strong technical understanding.
• Experience with test rigs and laboratory equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about lubrication and tribology and quickly adapt to new fields.
• Good German and English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP applications.
