hirify.global develops consumer products and smart devices through multidisciplinary R&D teams working with brands including Oral-B, Braun, and Gillette.

What you will do

• Participate in a 1.5-day Future Leaders event at the P&G Germany Innovation Center.
• Explore R&D work involving mechanical design, electronic design, software development, data science, material science, and process development.
• Work through a real case study focused on creating a new product with guidance from R&D experts.
• Learn about potential internship and thesis projects in smart consumer devices.
• Network with R&D managers and young professionals and visit the R&D laboratories.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Europe in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, embedded software, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, process engineering, physics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in solving complex technical challenges and developing innovative product ideas.
• Interest in developing device software and/or hardware concepts.
• Motivation to manage multifunctional device projects.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Available for an internship lasting 3–12 months or a thesis project lasting 6 months.
