Focus on comparing bids, tracking savings and contract milestones, maintaining SAP supplier records, and ensuring approvals and compliance before supplier awards.

What you will do

  • Coordinate RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, including preparation, evaluation support, and award documentation.
  • Track sourcing timelines, milestones, approvals, savings pipelines, and contract status across indirect spend categories.
  • Support supplier shortlisting, bid comparison analysis, recommendation packs, and sourcing summaries.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
  • Manage supplier communications, onboarding, compliance documentation, and vendor master data changes.
  • Maintain sourcing and supplier records in SAP and support contract creation, renewals, and handover to contract management or P2P teams.

Requirements

  • Expert negotiation skills.
  • Contract management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to build enduring supplier relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • French-speaking ability is required.
  • Permanent contract based in Europe.
