Supplier Relationship Manager (Aerospace)

Company

hirify.global develops and operates commercial aircraft, defence and space programmes, with this role supporting its Electrics Procurement team.

What you will do

• Manage contract execution, commercial agreements, technical modifications, and cost-reduction initiatives for electrical assembly suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance, organize strategic supplier events, and mitigate financial and strategic risks.
• Lead calls for tender and contribute to the Electric Commodity Strategy in line with MFT guidelines.
• Serve as the procurement focal point for digitalization, industrialization, sustainability, and Transfer of Work projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across work packages and programmes to ensure aligned portfolio communication.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a business school qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement or sales.
• Technical expertise in contracts and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation-level English is required.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience with aerospace electrical assemblies or related procurement categories.
