Customer Success Technical Advisor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts after deployment, focusing on measurable security outcomes.
• Define technical milestones for customer success plans, including platform adoption, upgrades, and feature deployments.
• Conduct architectural reviews, configuration audits, onboarding, deployment guidance, and technical workshops for SOC and SIEM teams.
• Provide technical oversight during critical security events and recommend measures to strengthen customer defenses.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex issues and create long-term recommendations, troubleshooting playbooks, and operational reports.
• Coordinate between customers and Product Engineering, R&D, and Sales Engineering to support account health and influence product improvements.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or client-facing technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SIEM/SOC operations, and endpoint and network defense technologies.
• Deep understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Solaris, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical risks to executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Technical certifications such as TCAP, TSCE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or cloud platform certifications are strongly preferred.
