TL;DR
AI QA Technical Lead (AI/LLM): Building AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and integrations that improve QA across test design, automation, test data generation, debugging, and failure investigation with an accent on reliable engineering products and measurable AI quality. Focus on designing agentic workflows, evaluating AI outputs, integrating testing systems, and improving the reliability, performance, and cost of AI-powered solutions.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do
- Design, build, and evolve AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and integrations for the QA lifecycle.
- Identify repetitive or high-impact QA activities and turn them into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with testing, engineering, and internal systems.
- Define technical standards for prompts, context, tools, agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Build mechanisms to evaluate AI output, measure quality, and detect regressions.
- Monitor and improve the reliability, performance, and cost of AI-powered solutions while supporting adoption across QA and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, applications, workflows, or agents using LLMs.
- Understanding of agentic workflows, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, MCP, API integrations, databases, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
- Strong QA fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently drive technical initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience evaluating LLM or agent output and measuring AI solution quality.
- Experience building internal developer, engineering, or QA platforms.
- Experience with observability, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or AI integrations with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, or CI/CD platforms.
- AdTech or programmatic advertising experience.
