🔥 Head of QA
We are looking for a Head of QA to lead the QA function and help build and maintain product quality across the company.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in QA and 2+ years in QA Leadership
• Experience managing and developing QA teams
• Experience building and scaling QA processes
• Experience developing QA Strategy and Quality Standards
• Hands-on experience with automation and modern QA tooling
• Understanding of AI-powered tools and their application in QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• English — C1, Ukrainian — fluent
