Senior Operations Manager (Cloud Services)

What you will do

• Manage overall market KPIs and operational performance against defined goals and targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders, Support Leaders, and their teams to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Conduct coaching observations and coach-the-coach sessions to improve leadership effectiveness.
• Lead constructive collaboration between operations leaders and other departments to drive operational excellence.
• Use performance development planning, situational leadership, and effective delegation to support career growth and results.
• Build relationships with leaders, business units, and support groups to maintain information flow around process, policy, and product changes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Customer communication experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data and reports to improve performance, anticipate trends, and drive change.
• Proficiency in business systems or the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
