Salary: AUD 80,000–AUD 120,000 per year

hirify.global Australia’s IMO division provides metallurgical consulting, testwork, and operational support services for mining and resource projects worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage metallurgical projects, including testwork programs, due diligence, and study management activities.
• Provide effective service and communication to internal and external clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with personnel, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with lead metallurgists to clarify project scope, data interpretation, and project kick-off requirements.
• Own project data management, folder management, data collation, and manipulation throughout delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality control systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Extractive Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience with metallurgical commodities and unit operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Planning, time management, and project management skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Laboratory experience and exposure to operational sites are preferred.
