Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Dee Why, Australia; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Lead daily production activities across multiple manufacturing lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to Team Leaders and operators.
• Drive safety walks, hazard identification, housekeeping, operational discipline, and employee engagement.
• Own quality performance, including non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, recurring defect analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyse production, quality, and OEE data, manage disruptions and recovery plans, and identify operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and other support functions on performance, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role.
• People-focused leadership skills, including motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong planning, organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred.
