DGS Team Lead (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain safety requirements and consistent quality standards throughout the DGS refurbishment and testing process.
• Manage calibration and certification of tools and equipment within the DGS service scope.
• Review, approve, and provide concessions for inspection reports and test results.
• Operate DGS testing facilities and conduct virtual tests with customers.
• Provide technical guidance on seal assembly, test failures, product solutions, and drawing interchangeability.
• Train the team on calibration software, testing principles, DGS operation, and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Diploma, university degree in engineering, or relevant vocational technical qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a proactive multinational and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Knowledge of lapping and polishing.
• Strong people management skills.
• Good technical knowledge of the John Crane product portfolio.
