SAP BI Technology Specialist (SAP BW/BW/4HANA)

Location: Munich area, with work at the Ottobrunn or Manching sites in Germany; flexible working hours, mobile working, and part-time options are available.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into digital Business Intelligence solutions.
• Contribute to BI strategy, roadmaps, standards, and solution design.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI reporting solutions focused on user experience and business outcomes.
• Deliver agile projects involving new functionality based on business processes.
• Integrate new tools and updates while simplifying and consolidating the application landscape.
• Coordinate nearshore and offshore development activities, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive Business Intelligence experience, preferably 5+ years, with mandatory SAP BW and BW/4HANA development expertise.
• Experience with Business Objects tools including Lumira, Analysis for Office, and Web Intelligence, plus SAP Analytics Cloud and BPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and SQL; experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA is beneficial.
• Ability to work proactively with stakeholders across the project lifecycle and deliver under strict timelines.
• Advanced English and good German skills required.
