Delivery Station Team Lead (Koln)

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory status, conduct stock counts, and resolve overages, shortages, discrepancies, and slow-moving stock.
• Plan storage allocation, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure cargo safety and operational compliance.
• Handle damaged goods and order anomalies, record operational data, and report process bottlenecks.
• Support workflow optimization to improve warehouse efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse, delivery station, or logistics operations.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound processing accurately and on time.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, storage organization, and operational safety.
• Ability to analyze operational data, report exceptions, and identify process bottlenecks.
• Availability to work in Cologne, Germany.
