Sr. Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore; onsite role requiring 12-hour rotating shifts or normal/swing shifts as needed

What you will do

• Support production operations in the manufacturing module and ensure equipment readiness for production.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of support tools.
• Investigate basic and chronic equipment issues to maintain or improve tool performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures, execute CAS activities, and complete maintenance checklists and documentation.
• Provide accurate handovers for line issues and maintain good housekeeping across production and maintenance areas.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, and security requirements while safeguarding tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts or normal/swing shifts as required.
• Good teamwork and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production documentation requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with clean technology or wet etch equipment, including wet benches and single-wafer equipment.
