Associate Market Access Manager

Location: Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; occasional travel to Singapore is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute market access, pricing, reimbursement, and funding strategies for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Manage end-to-end tender preparation and submission, including documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Lead health economics and outcomes research initiatives, including economic models, budget impact analyses, and value dossiers.
• Engage government agencies, policymakers, payers, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and business partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, key account management, medical affairs, regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance, finance, and legal teams.
• Provide strategic input on opportunities, risks, mitigation strategies, and market access plans to leadership.

Requirements

• Understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, funding mechanisms, and evolving healthcare policies.
• Experience or capability in market access, pricing, reimbursement, tender management, and health economics activities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage external healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with occasional travel to Singapore.
• Commitment to ethical standards, legal requirements, industry regulations, compliance, and risk management.
