Senior IT Asset Manager

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from planning and procurement through deployment, renewal, retirement, and disposal.
• Manage Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management programs, including software licenses and hardware inventory.
• Track software usage, identify unused or underused licenses, and support software audits and license reviews.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, IT asset policies, vendor agreements, and internal audit requirements.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and track contracts, renewals, notice periods, and commercial risks.
• Provide asset and contract reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities across software, hardware, cloud, and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management, or IT Procurement.
• Experience with licensing models from Microsoft, SAP, Google, VMware by Broadcom, Dell, and other enterprise technology providers.
• Strong experience in software licensing, license optimization, renewals, vendor negotiations, and software audits.
• Experience with ITAM tools such as ManageEngine ITAM, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms.
• Experience in enterprise or multinational IT environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

• IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager certification.
• Microsoft, SAP, Google, or cloud licensing certifications.
