Senior Project Manager (PLM)

Location: Sweden (Remote); willingness to travel required.

What you will do

• Manage multiple PLM implementation projects according to statements of work and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Lead project communication, gate reviews, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Coordinate client and project team meetings, including business and technical discussions with client executives.
• Organize and supervise onsite or offshore project teams, ensuring appropriate staffing, skills, and capacity.
• Manage change requests, budgets, purchase orders, schedules, estimates, work breakdown structures, and project hours or deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience with accountability for end-to-end delivery and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and large-scale application deployments, preferably in PLM.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and enterprise deployment methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize changing demands, manage difficult customer situations, and operate with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English and Swedish; Swedish citizenship required.
