Product Manager, Zero Trust Authentication

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 146,000–200,000 annual base salary, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own execution and roadmap delivery for Zero Trust Authentication products, including Okta Verify, FastPass, and Device Assurance.
• Manage device posture checks such as operating system validation, disk encryption, and firewall status, along with EDR and MDM signal integrations.
• Lead Okta Verify feature development across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Build enrollment, registration, zero-touch MDM provisioning, setup, and deployment controls for FastPass passwordless authentication.
• Define technical requirements, user stories, specifications, and platform use cases with engineering, design, research, and architecture teams.
• Engage customers and Go-to-Market teams to resolve endpoint friction, support phased rollouts, and improve activation and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, identity and access management, endpoint security, or a comparable area.
• Experience building or managing features for enterprise platform ecosystems or services.
• Experience developing and delivering cross-organizational strategies and large strategic projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Ability to influence low-level technical design decisions and work directly with software architects on secure, performant systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with identity and access management protocols and products.
• Experience creating requirements for security-focused customers.
