Dematic is building a next-generation Solutioning Suite for end-to-end design, engineering, and management of customer-specific solutions.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization spanning software development, UX, application development, enterprise data architecture, ontology, deployment, and testing.
• Define the operating model, engineering standards, delivery practices, and lifecycle processes for scalable, secure, maintainable, user-centered applications and data capabilities.
• Promote agile planning, code quality, automation, testing, DevOps-oriented releases, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and apply AI capabilities to improve productivity, user experience, engineering effectiveness, and the value of the tools portfolio.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, staffing plans, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes with program, application, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, talent development, role clarity, hiring support, performance expectations, and blocker removal.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software or digital product teams across engineering, UX, application development, and deployment functions.
• Strong understanding of modern software development, agile delivery, architecture collaboration, testing, release management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience building high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, organizational design, and leadership in a matrix environment.
• Experience working across software, data, and UX disciplines, including enterprise data architecture, semantic or ontology concepts, and production deployment.
• Ability to identify and apply AI opportunities responsibly and pragmatically.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment skills.
