Salary: 25,200 – 33,600 PLN (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by recommending optimal technology stacks.
• Design and oversee the integration of legacy platforms (WebLogic, IBM MQ) with modern cloud-native services.
• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure services, Kafka event streaming, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
• Champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure modularity and maintainability.
• Mentor junior architects and developers while communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Java development and Oracle database technologies.
• Extensive experience in both modern cloud-native architectures and legacy systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Storage, Redis).
• Practical experience with Kafka and traditional messaging systems like IBM MQ.
• Strong background in Kubernetes and WebLogic Server management.
• Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory.
