Service Portfolio Analyst (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Oversee and optimize the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio.
• Analyze portfolio data in Excel, identify discrepancies, and develop solutions.
• Act as the liaison between Sales and Client Education during project initiation and portfolio management.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare management recommendations, and create standardized reports and KPIs.
• Manage external consultancies for ERP-related projects after budget approval.
• Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client education, clinical research, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and portfolio management.
• Analytical mindset, business acumen, and experience developing data-driven models and recommendations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, ethical, and process-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in contract management and process optimization.
