Senior IT Business Analyst with German language knowledge

What you will do

• Coordinate IT requirements independently across business areas.
• Collect, document, and initially assess functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and document group-wide requirements involving architecture, strategy, usability, interfaces, and system services.
• Work with business units, process owners, and IT experts to develop solution approaches.
• Prepare management decision materials covering business requirements, proposed IT solutions, and their value.
• Act as a key contact between business units and the international IT organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong business mindset, empathy, and effective stakeholder communication skills.
• Business-level written and spoken Hungarian, English, and German.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
