Accounts Receivable Portfolio Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in an assigned accounts receivable portfolio.
• Review delinquent accounts and perform customer-service-focused collection activities.
• Develop follow-up action plans and coordinate next steps for account resolution.
• Analyze problems and collaborate with internal departments to improve the order-to-cash cycle.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about payment and case escalation status.
• Partner with sales, dealers, and field office management to communicate account status and expedite resolution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of commercial collections or customer service experience preferred.
• College graduates with a strong customer-focused personality may be considered.
• Experience making at least 30 effective customer contacts per day and managing a portfolio larger than $2M.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet established collection performance standards and maintain detailed customer contact records.
• A four-year college degree is desirable.
