Automation Engineer (RPA)

Location: Bulgaria, Lithuania, Mexico, or Poland. The role requires at least four hours of daily overlap with EST. Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities, are available as part of the benefits package.

Salary: €3,200–€4,000 gross per month. Compensation may vary depending on hiring location and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, enhance, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions for finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions.
• Define automation approaches, system integrations, and technical solutions for custom-built and commercial enterprise systems.
• Develop intelligent workflows using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Alteryx, Workiva, and similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations and middleware solutions using platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Design relational and NoSQL database solutions, including Azure SQL, for automation logic, data persistence, and reporting.
• Document automation designs, data flows, and integration patterns while collaborating with stakeholders to identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, system integration, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, MuleSoft, Zapier Enterprise, or similar automation and integration platforms.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs, plus practical scripting experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Azure SQL or an equivalent platform.
• Experience with system architecture, end-to-end automation design, master data management, and enterprise data consistency.
• Ability to support multiple business functions, prioritize initiatives, document requirements, and maintain daily overlap with EST.
