RFQ Specialist (On-Demand Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential suppliers.
• Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations against client-specific requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure strong value.
• Prepare and present RFQ documents and pricing proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of RFQ activity and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments while monitoring industry and market conditions.

Requirements

• Location: remote work with the posting specifying Kazakhstan and Georgia.
• English: B2/C1 written and spoken proficiency required.
• Previous experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs accurately and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Reliable home-office setup, stable internet connection, and readiness for remote meetings and tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in metalworking or on-demand manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP and transactional IT systems.
• Additional language skills.
