Procurement Consultant

What you will do

• Lead sourcing events using RFX methodologies, including market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies and influence supplier decisions across indirect procurement categories.
• Review, draft, and negotiate third-party supplier contracts with Legal, Information Security, IT, and other functions.
• Develop negotiation strategies, evaluate commercial options, and identify savings and broader business value.
• Manage sourcing strategies, contract events, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Present sourcing recommendations, financial analyses, and business cases to stakeholders up to Senior Vice President level.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience running RFPs and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience with indirect procurement categories such as IT, Marketing, HR, professional services, or other corporate spend.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in an evolving environment.
• Initiative and comfort researching issues, solving loosely defined problems, and working with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Specialized or industry procurement experience.
• Experience in a structured procurement development or rotational program.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable savings across indirect spend categories.
