TL;DR

SAP Technical & Service Delivery Specialist (S/4HANA): Operating and evolving mission-critical SAP S/4HANA systems while coordinating end-to-end SAP hosting and enterprise server delivery with an accent on SAP Basis administration, HANA infrastructure, and service provider management. Focus on automating server provisioning with Ansible and Terraform, managing capacity and lifecycle requirements, and integrating infrastructure into the Airbus network and security perimeter.

What you will do

Administer, configure, patch, upgrade, and monitor SAP S/4HANA systems.
Manage SAP Basis operations, transport management, troubleshooting, performance, availability, and stability.
Own end-to-end SAP Hosting service delivery, including SLAs, KPIs, change requests, and service improvement initiatives.
Coordinate provisioning, deployment, integration, capacity planning, and lifecycle management for SAP server infrastructure.
Drive automation of SAP application server and database node delivery using Ansible and Terraform.
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and service providers on implementations, migrations, documentation, and technical support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or Technical Specialist with strong S/4HANA expertise.
Demonstrated service delivery management experience, including enterprise server provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and its hardware and resource requirements.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, enterprise compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and SAP hosting environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and delivery management skills.

Nice to have

SAP Basis or HANA certification.
AWS or Azure cloud architecture certification.
Infrastructure automation certification.
