What you will do

• Lead the 3PL implementation playbook and hypercare activities for newly transitioned distribution sites.
• Monitor service, cost, and operational KPIs throughout the contract lifecycle and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate regional teams, 3PL partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Identify root causes of service failures, process breakdowns, and system or integration gaps.
• Define and improve hypercare governance, issue tracking, escalation protocols, and exit criteria.
• Standardize logistics processes and capture lessons learned in playbooks, best practices, and process guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or 3PL partner management.
• Experience with warehouse and transportation operations, warehouse moves, site go-live readiness, hypercare, or post-implementation improvement.
• Strong understanding of outsourced operating models and 3PL partner interactions.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills in a global matrix organization.
