End-to-End Supply Chain Director, Herbicides

What you will do

• Define and execute the global end-to-end supply chain strategy for herbicides.
• Lead demand and supply planning to ensure service levels, capacity, and supply continuity.
• Optimize inventory, working capital, manufacturing networks, asset utilization, logistics, and distribution efficiency.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the supply chain organization.
• Lead digital transformation, advanced planning, and process standardization initiatives.
• Manage supply chain contributions to profitability, cost performance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within a regulated environment.
• Leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain in a global matrix organization.
• Experience with large-scale network design, supply chain optimization, scenario modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated impact on P&L and working capital.
• Executive presence, stakeholder influence, and understanding of complex regulatory and compliance environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, agrochemicals, or crop protection.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
