What you will do

• Design and build digital learning experiences, performance support resources, visual content, and interactive learning assets.
• Create eLearning and digital content at scale using Articulate 360, Canva, and AI-powered technologies.
• Translate technical and operational knowledge into clear, practical learning solutions for a mixed-collar workforce.
• Use AI, automation, and digital tools to analyse, organise, and transform large volumes of learning content.
• Support the modernisation of the digital learning environment and prepare content for future platforms and technologies.
• Apply governance, quality standards, and continuous improvement principles across learning content.

Requirements

• Experience in learning design, instructional design, digital content creation, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience simplifying complex information into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Canva, AI technologies, or similar digital learning and design tools.
• Strong visual design, critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and content creation skills.
• Ability to balance creativity, brand integrity, usability, speed, quality, governance, and business requirements.
• Ability to work from the Melbourne CBD location in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience creating visual, multimedia, or digital content beyond traditional eLearning.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital learning, content creation, visual design, or related work.
• Interest in emerging technologies, AI tools, and digital agents.
