Lecturer (Clinical Psychology and Internship Coordinator)

Location: Primarily based at hirify.global Nathan campus in Brisbane, Australia, with a mix of on-campus and work-from-home options; work across other campuses may be required.

Salary: AUD 117,076–139,031 per annum plus 17% superannuation. Total FTE package: AUD 136,979–162,667 per annum.

What you will do

• Lead clinical education, learning, and assessment across postgraduate psychology programs.
• Coordinate Psychology Clinic placements and maintain clear communication and professional standards.
• Provide individual, paired, and group clinical supervision supporting safe, ethical, evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with clinic and program leadership on training models, assessment processes, and placement pathways.
• Contribute to OSCE delivery, postgraduate selection, advisory committees, program quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in psychology.
• Registration as a psychologist in Australia and clinical psychology area-of-practice endorsement.
• Eligibility to provide supervision under Psychology Board of Australia requirements.
• Experience supporting postgraduate learning in clinical or professional psychology settings.
• Strong organisational, communication, relationship-building, and professional judgement skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
