Documentation and Training Specialist (AI)

Location: Brisbane, Australia; hybrid 3+2 model combining office and home working

What you will do

• Design, author, and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation for the Syn~ Capital Markets platform.
• Own and improve the Syn~Assist knowledge base, keeping content accurate, structured, and current.
• Build AI agents and notebooks that support learning, onboarding, and self-service knowledge access.
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, solution consultants, and subject matter experts to capture and validate critical knowledge.
• Back-test AI responses and design AI-enabled training experiences for internal teams and external customers.
• Align documentation and training with product releases and change initiatives while improving time-to-competency.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in documentation, training, knowledge management, or enablement.
• Strong ability to structure complex information into clear learning materials, with excellent written communication and instructional design skills.
• Understanding of financial services or capital markets concepts.
• Practical experience with AI agents, notebooks, prompt design, or AI-assisted learning and support tools.
• Experience with enterprise software platforms, operational workflows, and agile or product-led delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences; highly organised, self-directed, and delivery-focused.
