Nurse Educator (Oncology and Women's Health)

Location: North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; metropolitan VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, SA and TAS. Education is delivered primarily face-to-face in metropolitan healthcare settings, with occasional virtual sessions and local travel required.

What you will do

• Schedule education appointments with healthcare professionals and clinics.
• Deliver approved face-to-face and occasional virtual education sessions.
• Demonstrate medication reconstitution, preparation, administration and disposal techniques.
• Track attendance, collect participant feedback and complete activity reporting in hirify.global systems.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to program requirements.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Programs Team to support delivery across approximately 150 clinics over up to 12 months.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience delivering clinical education, in-services or healthcare professional training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with medication preparation, reconstitution or injection administration.
• Current driver's licence, willingness to travel locally and full Australian working rights.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, women's health, fertility, obstetrics and gynaecology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Previous experience working as a Nurse Educator.
• Experience engaging with specialists, oncology nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
