What you will do
- Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
- Participate in infrastructure projects to build hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and support routine troubleshooting.
- Work with team members to address day-to-day infrastructure needs.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Follow established infrastructure service delivery practices and standards under supervision.
Requirements
- Entry-level profile with typically 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in gaining experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
- Ability to develop foundational technical skills and knowledge.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
