Experienced Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Build and own end-to-end features across backend services and client-side code, from design through testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain recommendation ad formats including carousel, app install, and video ads.
• Build high-scale backend services serving billions of requests per day, emphasizing performance, resilience, and observability.
• Use large-scale user data and performance metrics to support product and business decisions.
• Build AI agents, custom skills, and workflows for code reviews, data analysis, anomaly investigation, feature validation, and debugging.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and UX teams on product design and implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on fullstack programming experience.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Server-side development experience; Java or an equivalent object-oriented language is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of vanilla JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and databases; React and TypeScript knowledge is an advantage.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale or distributed backend systems, including message queues, caching, and concurrency.
• Experience building AI agents, custom skills, or automated workflows on AI coding tools.
• Knowledge of HTTP, CDN, DNS, cross-browser support, and advanced browser and JavaScript concepts.
• Familiarity with Web Components, Lighthouse, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, BigQuery, MySQL, or Grafana.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, or Scrum.
